Company events

Every photo from your company event — in one album you own

The conference, the kickoff, the launch party: people shoot all day, and then the photos sit in thirty different phones. Flash is the digital disposable camera for company events — one QR code on the stage or the tables gives every attendee a limited roll, and everything lands hidden in one shared album until you reveal it.

On the stage and tables

Your whole team becomes the event photographers

Put the QR code on the opening slide or stand it on the tables. Attendees scan with their phone camera and have a roll of shots in seconds — no account, no app for IT to roll out. The workshop, the mingle and the dinner get captured from fifty angles instead of one.

After the event

A clean album — not a hunt through the group chat

After most events the chase begins: “can everyone send me their photos?” With Flash the album is already done — every shot, video and voice tape in one place, ready for the intranet, the newsletter and social media. You own the material; nothing stays stuck in someone’s private camera roll.

The reveal

The last item on the kickoff agenda

No one sees a single photo during the day — which turns the shooting itself into an activity. Reveal the roll on the big screen as the closing moment and let the whole team see the day through each other’s eyes. That shared moment is what kickoffs and offsites are organised for.

How to run it

Three steps from agenda to event album

  1. Create the event. Name it after the kickoff or conference, choose the number of shots per attendee and design a cover that matches the event. See the full flow →
  2. Show the QR code. Put it on the opening slide, the tables or the registration desk — the app generates a print-ready poster. Attendees scan and shoot through the whole programme.
  3. Reveal the roll. One tap during the closing session — everyone’s photos develop at once. Download the album for internal comms, and delete the event when you are done if you want to.
Common questions

Team offsite photos with Flash — what organisers usually ask

Who owns the photos and the album — the company or the employees?

You, as the host, run the event: you decide when the album is revealed, who is in it and when to wind it down. The album lives in one place under your control — not scattered across attendees’ phones — and if you want everything gone afterwards, you delete the whole event, photos and all.

Do employees need accounts, or a rollout through IT?

No. Attendees scan the QR code with their phone camera and start shooting right away — no account, no login, nothing for IT to deploy. That is why it works just as well at a 300-person conference as at a 15-person kickoff.

How does it work with GDPR, and where are the photos stored?

All data is stored within the EU. The photos are never sold and never used to train AI. And because you can delete the entire event once you are done, you control the full lifecycle — a setup that tends to put both HR and your data protection officer at ease.

What does it cost for a corporate event?

A one-time price per event, based on the number of attendees — small events are free. No subscription, no licenses to manage and nothing for attendees to pay. The next kickoff is a new event at a new price, only when you need it.
